WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

In Missouri State there are no laws, rules or regulations placed around Microblading/Cosmetic tattoo so be careful when choosing an instructor, make sure she is licensed as only a licensed instructor has enough experience to teach you how to do the procedure correctly.
